Just went to have a breakfast there with my wife. We order our dishes and when the server brought the food, one of them was wrong. No problem! I told her that I didn t order that and she said that YES I had order that dish. I m vegetarian and she brought me a bacon and ham dish, which I would never order. However, instead correct her mistake she started arguing with me saying that I made that order, the wrong food!
I asked to talk to The manager and she said in a harsh and VERY sarcastic way that she was the manager. The other customers stared at us so shocked that a man came to us and said that we were correct. I wasn t mad because the food came wrong, I was enjoying my morning with my wife and this person ruined! I asked her name and she said out loud My name is HEATHER and you can go to the front desk complain about me.
So according to my experience I would say ZERO customer service and I think the Sylvia management should be aware about the a very impolite and unprofessional that led to give a bad review!.
