We've never had any major problems so I'm not sure how well they deal with those. Everything was good until we tried to move out.. Our previous house was supplied by South Staff Water so we have reported we are moving out and gave the new address, then we got bills from Cambridge Water with our previous account number and account details because as it turns out, THEY ARE THE SAME COMPANY! Please can you make it clear and improve your moving process as it has only turned our after a call to Cambridge Water that we haven's actually been added to the new address despite telling you the details of our move. The gentleman on the phone was very nice though and sorted it quickly.
