Member loyalty group

I recently joined a loyalty program with this company and have found it to be an average experience overall. The website is user-friendly and signing up was a breeze. However, the benefits and rewards offered are not quite as attractive as those provided by some other loyalty programs I've been a part of. The customer service was decent, although I did encounter a bit of a wait time when I had an inquiry. Overall, it's a decent loyalty program, but it could use some improvement in terms of the perks and customer support offered to members.
