My hard drive broke, I took it to creative IT they were very helpful and explained the possibilites of the data not retrieved etc. But wouldn't charge me until they knew it was possible to get the data.
A few other companies online wanted me to pay large upfront costs without guarantee of getting my data.
Steven managed to retrieve everything from my hard drive and was very helpful in the process.
I would highly recommend using them.
The price was a lot more reasonable than other companies quoted.
