All of my experiences since my first visit on 8/13...

All of my experiences since my first visit on 8/13/20 were friendly, professional, and very helpful until this last visit.

During a visit 4 days before today, 10/5/20, I had purchased a new phone where the shorter brother took time to help me set up the new phone including downloading smart switch software, wiping the old phone, and making sure the one took my son's sim card properly. We told him that we would be back on Monday to purchase another for my husband. Well, when we came back today, 10/5/20, the shorter brother wasn't available to help so the taller, slender brother assisted us instead. He was NO WHERE NEAR as helpful. I had to ask him to do every single thing that his brother had just done for me 4 days ago. He didn't even stay with us to make sure everything worked.

I'm very disappointed in this last visit. Up until this visit, I was enthusiastically sharing was an awesome business this was. But now, I'll be cautious because I wouldn't want someone to receive this type of service.
