I received great care from the Service Rep. provided the best option and explained the difference. The only issue I had are as follows:

1) I used my windshield wiper (was working fine before bringing it for service). It is no longer working properly. It is not wiping all the water from my windshield. Leaving water residue in area that wiper did not wipe off.
2) Received text car almost done. Notified them I was on my way to pick up car. When I arrived, I assumed it was not yet fully done as I arrived only 10 mins. from time I received text. So I waited 45 minutes which I thought car was getting washed before it is delivered back to me. Unfortunately, my car did not look like it was washed before it was returned to me. (Windows look same as when I first dropped it off for service.

Otherwise, got car back when it was promised (by end of day).
