Qui is PHENOMENOL! He got to know our entire family which made this feel less transactional and objective. He really made sure we felt comfortable with our amazing new car instead of just trying to swing a deal. I am really so impressed with him and therefore with Mercedes in the Peninsula. Def coming back here in a few months to lease our second car with Qui!
