really bad service; I had 3 negative experiences with this courier: in the first case, in spite of having asked to be informed in time for the delivery, I was called by the courier when he had arrived in front of my house and he left the goods outside the gate, in the second I had to go and collect the goods in their warehouses on the other side of the city because, according to them, they had tried to deliver without finding anyone (a fact that was not true) while in the third case there had been someone in the house since the hours 8 at 8 pm, they tried to justify their inability to deliver with the fact that they had not found anyone.
I wonder at this point why sellers including Amazon continue to rely on this mob instead of making them go bankrupt.
It is evident that I will never again rely on this courier and that my purchases or lines from now on will be conditioned by the courier used
