HORRIBLE! Declined entrance to center for appointm...

HORRIBLE! Declined entrance to center for appointment. Sent to entrance around other side of hospital and after valet took my car, NO ONE knew where I should be. After 40 minutes they still didn't have it figured out. All the while I'm around at least 30 people in a small space. Oh, I also have a broken leg and NO ONE offered me a seat or wheelchair!I wouldn't let this group of incompetent, uncaring, can't think for themselves, group of "people" come anywhere near me for medical care.
