We called Mort s Water company because our water softener stopped working. The engineer who came to repair the system was very knowledgeable and explained everything very patiently. After going through a thorough inspection, he recommended a new system as the old system was beyond repair, there was no pressure to buy a new system from Mort s. Their prices were very competitive, and I had heard very good things about their service. After going through the estimate, I ordered a new water softener, the new system came in three days and took a few hours of installation. The entire process was hassle free and professionally done. I will recommend them to anyone who needs a new water softener installed.
