DO NOT BUY FROM THIS DEALER!! They are liars, do not know what customer service is. Promise to help and fix unit and nothing happens. Bought brand new 2019 Venture Sport Trek and had water leak in get tank first day after pick up. We're going to be at campground for two months before heading out for six month trip. Tank finally got fixed the day we were pulling out. Ran late and new camper pulling in had to wait several hours. Got run around every time we called. Lies and no return calls. Called manufacturer several times and things there not much better. I will never go there again or refer anyone to them. PLEASE do yourself a favor and avoid the headaches you'll go through with optimum. OH and the day we left for our trip the a/c stopped working. I called a mobile tech myself and got it fixed. What a joke Optimum and venture are!!!!!
