One star instead of zero because our sales person worked very hard to sell us the perfect RV. Unfortunately, even though our credit went through immediately, it took the finance department days to get the breakdown of payment to us, and only happened after several texts, e mails and phone calls. There was excuse after excuse, apologies and continued misunderstandings . The contract was finally sent only to be missing our agreed upon trade in information( which we caught, but no one on their end did). When questioned, after more excuses and apologies from our salesman , we were informed that they made a mistake and it would be an additional 8,000$$! Needless to say we canceled the purchase and would advise buyer beware if using their finance department.
