Dr. Kupferman and the staff (Ruth in particular) were incredibly kind, friendly and competent regarding an issue that arose suddenly and required immediate attention. Services and follow-up were comprehensive and professional and I really appreciated everyone's help with what could have been a very prolonged, painful and scary situation!
