I've been a loyal customer of Prime Communications for several years now and I have to say that their service is average. While they have a decent selection of products and their website is easy to navigate, I've had some issues with their customer service. There have been times when I've had to wait on hold for a long time before speaking to a representative, and they weren't always able to resolve my issue. Overall, I would say that Prime Communications is an okay company.
