2 stars because the delivery driver gave my SO the receipt for my Valentines day flowers, a bit tacky in my opinion. Made our dinner date later that night a bit uncomfortable since she felt like her gift to me wasn't as good since she saw what I spent on the flowers alone. Also, the delivery man made her feel a bit uncomfortable waiting around for a tip. She didn't give him one because the receipt he gave her was a $30 delivery fee to go 2 minutes down the road.

The online service, customer support via the phone was great.
