Awful customer service i have seen reception staff turn there nose up at homeless people of the streets. The staff and Ceo that work there get free meals 5 times a week as well as there wages sadly this place choose's who volunteers there and who they want beware a lot of ruthless staff work there they seem to want to cater more and support ayslum seekers as people born in this country have been destroyed and pushed out having to overcome barriers due to there health conditions Sadly those are the people that have been denied.i have also rang this service in the past and they dont return your calls that is very rude!!!
