Absolutely terrible customer service. Have had to deal with painfully slow speeds and data limits that would be a joke in any other market for 4 years. Extremely frequent service interruptions. If I had any other alternative in my apartment complex, I would take it. Please, if you have a choice, select any other ISP besides Buckeye.
