My mother was here for 3 weeks following a possible stroke. She was released back to her nursing home without contacting me first. I called her PC doctor (Shing?) For such a sudden release- received no answers. Mom then had a heart attack 12 hrs latter putting her back in the same hospital again.
I would give the nursing staff 4 stars for putting up with dad asking 3x a day for updates on mom's condition. The doctor's get 2 stars poor communication practices.
