Brandon was polite, friendly and thorough. The problem with my furnace was unusual, and he ultimately had to get a more senior technician here to fix it, but I really appreciate his admitting that he needed more help, and thereby getting the furnace fixed properly. Both he and the senior tech were neat and clean in their work habits. Good people that I recommend.
