In a word.... terrible. I have tried to use this company several times over the years, and have consistently been met with terrible service (as an applicant). One second getting a lot of contact about a role, then radio silence and you can't get hold of that recruiter again. I have also applied to roles and not heard a single thing back - only to call up and ask about any progress and be told I wasn't 'the right fit' for the role and wouldn't get an interview - when I had actually applied to the company in question directly myself and got through to a second interview.



It is such a shame, because on the surface this company looks good and recruit for interesting sounding roles. I wonder if they realise how bad they can come off to potential applicants and recruiters. I have been on the recruiter side too looking for marketing personnel and will never use this company. At the end of the day the customer service element is terrible. AVOID.
