My husband and I purchased a car with Heather in February. The process went well. It is unlike a dealership with constant negotiations, which we both liked. I had never heard of Driver s Select before, but my husband did research on the company. The downside is that it was extremely crowded on a Saturday. Sales reps were almost fighting for a room, which mean t the process took a bit longer than I would have preferred. So at the time of purchasing and after, I was happy with our purchase. It was not until after our purchase that I realized that this company is extremely lacking in customer service from the Sales Reps, to the Manager of Sales. This is the downside of not purchasing with a regular dealership. At a dealership, if you are not satisfied with one member in Sales, you will always be able to receive some form of help not here. After speaking with a few Sales Reps, I spoke to Gene, who is the head of sales. He promised to call me back and he never had. I even called back to remind him of our conversation, no response. I called on a Saturday before they were busy and spoke to another manager, he promised to call back on a Monday, no call. I spoke to my sales rep and asked her to see if my question can be expedited, nothing. It is disturbing that we purchased a car from this company and no one is willing to help resolved my problem, nor will they return my call. It is a slap in the face as a customer to be treated this way. Would I ever recommend a family member or friend to purchase from them? After my experience with their lack of customer, I am disappointed that we purchased our vehicle from them. No customer should be treated this way, not matter what question they ask during or after the sales process.
