Having written a baking and dessert blog for several years, I always recommend B&W when people ask me for my DC cupcake recommendations. The cupcakes are enormous, which actually makes you feel like you're getting your money's worth for, oh, maybe the first time ever in this city. The coffee is great, the atmosphere and vibe are chill, I only docked them one star because the location is pretty inconvenient if you're not a Georgetown local. Can't wait to check out their new location opening soon!
