Took my car in which ended up having multiple problems and was dreading what the process was going to be like. Rien was so helpful through the whole experience. He had a courtesy car waiting for me, he gave me a timeline of when my car would be finished (which was spot on) and overall made the whole experience bearable. And because of that, I won t take my car anywhere else. It helps having helpful, honest, prompt, reliable and kind people when dealing with the headaches car issues can have and Rien was all of the above!
