I am a repeat customer of Hickory Park. For my most recent order, I worked with Susan LeFevers. She is wonderful - personable, efficient, and had great patience with me! A couple months after receiving my couches, I felt I needed a more dense cushion. I called Susan, she contacted the manufacturer and quickly called me back with options to rectify the issue. Service after the sale was just as important to her as the sale itself. She was an absolute pleasure to work with and will be my "go-to" for future purchases.
