Very unfortunate of the evening, ordered a bottle of wine from the wine list because I like to have the choice myself!

With the main course the wine was still very cold and not to taste which is a shame with angus steak.

After 1.5 hours the wine finally came into its own, but I poured the bottle.
A pity about your dinner, a pity about the wine.
If you then want to do something interesting as a wine connoisseur, you will really have to serve better wine from the climate cabinet and don't give your guests who make a conscious choice of wine a tip "that it is better to take the bottle off table". It was over because I didn't like the bottle and sent it back.
