So frustrated with the customer service. Just spoke to a supervisor from back east and her tone was so condesending. Monthly payment promised has gone up by an additional $45...such a joke! They keep saying someone will call me back but its been a week and no one has. Each rep tells a different story as to why the can't honour the price they initially gave.
