I had a wonderful experience at STH Ford/Lincoln. I found the staff to be courteous, professional, and most importantly, knowledgeable. At first I was a little wary as I've had many very unpleasant experiences with getting vehicles serviced, both with independent mechanics and other dealerships. All too often the people you reach on the phone don't know their way around cars and you find the actual mechanics aren't up to snuff either. This is absolutely not the case at STH. Del Williams was my service advisor, and I found him to be just wonderful. He was easy to get a hold of, and he kept in constant contact as various services progressed. He knows the cars very well; he had no trouble answering technical questions.

I am very happy with the outcome, and you'll can bet I'll be back. It's such a relief to have found a company and servicemen/women you can trust.
