I had an oil change done on a Friday. While the oil change itself went well, I was less than impressed with the wait. I called a few days beforehand to make an appointment, and was told that they don't do appointments, only walk-ins. I ended up having to leave my truck for over 3 hours to have it done. I understand that the dealership can't control the number of people that stop by for an oil change, but it could be better managed if one could make an appointment.
