I had several stressful and negative experiences at Gwinnett Place Honda. After several visits, I decided to write a review. I was surprised with the number of positive reviews, but somewhat unsurprising. I once left an honest and truthful review on their site, and was promptly contacted by someone and asked to take it down in exchange for a few free oil changes. a) Thats not worth it. You wasted my time, money, and made me late to work b) That is bribery c)That's keeping honest and useful information from the public if you ask negative reviewers to take down their input. Sketchy.
I was looking for a more powerful upgrade to my Civic, and when I asked to see a V6, the manager sent out a 4 cylinder car out. While test driving it, I was disappointed in the performance, and it was only after an hour of my time was wasted did I realize it was NOT a V6. If you don't know about cars, do not work with cars. It's pretty straight forward. I need a bigger and faster engine. They tried to sell me a smaller engine. Another time I took my Civic to get serviced at this location, the staff borderline refused to give me documentation on what they did with the car. No receipts, no results from the diagnostics, nothing. I couldn't get through to the representative that helped me NOR the manager. I think I called and attempted to get this documentation more than a dozen times. It was urgent, and I have a right to my receipt. I honestly tried visiting again at this location, especially since its so close to my house, but I would rather go out of state to buy a car than ever step foot back here again.
