Customer service is everything...Steven Shoemake is the most amazing Assistant Service Manager at Gwinnett Place Honda. I was heading into the dealership for maintenance after a series of long road trips...as I turned into the service lot my front tire exploded! Steven came out immediately and changed to my spare so I could make it into the service center. While I am grateful the tire didn't happen on the highway, but I am even more grateful for Steven who saved my appointment, my time and the expense of a tow!
I have been a loyal customer at Gwinnett Place Honda for years and have owned four Honda vehicles. All I can say is the Honda products and the Honda PEOPLE make the "Excellent" experience for me!
