My first experience with the service dept.was very pleasant. Alex in parts and Laurie in service were both great!
Update: Nothing but terrible experience since then. Take in mind this not the closest dealer to me. I made a special trip back out there(45 min. With light traffic) to have some recall work done, only to be told when they told me bike was done after a couple of hours waiting they had ordered the wrong parts, that happens, not that big of deal. Now since then, this person named Cayon thinks I can just drop whatever whenever to have him fix this recall which is only supposed to take a half an hour. I have tried to, but work comes first. Today I called to see if we could get it done and the dude flips it on me like I've missed the last two appointments to get it done......they don't make appointments! Plus I most definitely gave him a call to tell him I wouldn't be able to make it because of work.He goes on to say they are just going to send the parts back because of not being able to....needless to say... I lost it at this point!! Wow!
