So, we have been without internet for 4 days (afte...

So, we have been without internet for 4 days (after the storm it dropped down) and obviously the IInet staff is on holidays at the moment, as it is long weekend. As I am the one who is working from home and running the business I don't understand how iinet can claim that they are the best without providing NO service during long weekend. I am on the Perth hills, so would not recommend iinet and looking for the alternative now.
