Scammers and Shameless is saying compliments ...

Due to a leak from the neighbor upstairs (insured by Caser) the thermos in my house detached, causing considerable damage to my apartment and that of the 2 neighbors below.
After 2 weeks without customer water, I had to hire a plumber to put me in a new thermos so I could have hot water. The rest of the damages are still there, and Caser still does not appear.

When I call them, they get offended and everything, and defend themselves saying that the expert cabinet does not answer them ...

It is really sad that companies of this type exist
