That's it, forget our business guys. My package has been in Cape Town since last week Friday. I've been calling every day since then and been given the customs runaround. The package is a cinema screen for an event tomorrow. You guys still haven't delivered. That after I paid "incorrect" duty amounts and an exhorbitant "admin" fee for customs clearance against a "pro-forma" invoice with no supporting documents just to get it delivered before tomorrow.
