Law breaking company refusing to honour refunds as set out in their terms and conditions and UK law.

Cancelled my daughters holiday and refused to refund offering only a credit note which she call or use. Person she was supposed to be travelling with is a paramedic and can not reschedule his holiday either, yet they refuse to refund him as well.

More than disappointed

Hopefully, if you re reading this you will think twice before booking with either Exodus Travels or TrekAmerica
