Very accommodating staff. Was missing room service...

Very accommodating staff. Was missing room service menu so i just asked for one the next morning. Found out it should have been hung out on the door before 3am. The buttons on our phone were not working to dial room service or front desk, etc either. Overall a good experience but the little,things just added up.
