Schaal answered my urgent call at 7:00 on Saturday morning. Techs Chaz and Aaron were here the same morning. They diagnosed the problem, discussed it with me, gave me a reasonable quote, got the part, installed it, showed me the bad part. I agreed to start a maintenance agreement and they did the most thorough furnace maintenance I ve seen (I d been paying for a much less thorough job with another local company yearly for 15 years). Explained the process well. Ready for them to maintain our AC next spring. That spells excellent service to us!
