It is poor quality service to hang up on someone who is trying their best to be kind and calm after receiving a letter of intent to be taken to court over a $0.00 collections balance. Had you replied to my email from 2 days ago, we wouldn't have had to have the conversation in the first place. Obviously this is a mistake - a funny one, in fact - but the threat of legal ramifications is no joke, and you couldn't spare 2 minutes to hear me out.

You blame this incident on automation and NES's lack of communication, but I would argue the point that employing staff that is unable to use logic on the job was the genesis of your downfall.
