Perfect location close to restaurants. Well maintained and modern.
Worst staff I have ever seen in my whole life!! Inexperienced at all, no respect for gust, imagine I asked one of the girls worked on the reception for some coins $1.25 to use it for the washer, she said give me cash, I told her I have no cash, but you have my credit card and deposit you can charge me, she said NO Sorry!!!!! What really?? I m at 4 stars hotel how do you treat your customer like this she was so mean, no respect at all!! I can t remember her name, but she was Latino wearing glass I think!! Although the hotel location is great, but not recommended at all! Worst hotel service I have ever seen!
Clean and comfortable. Friendly staff. No complaints.
The room was ok, nothing to make a big deal about. I was very annoyed when I learned that after paying over $300 to stay for the weekend, I also had to pay for parking? If I hadn't paid for parking, where would I have left my vehicle? It makes no sense to me! I've stayed at much nicer places and resorts in Orlando and have NEVER paid for parking before at a hotel. At a theme park I can understand but at a hotel I'm staying at!? Ridiculous!
Very nice hotel! Relatively new (4 years old) and within walking distance of Walt Disney World. The lobby, hallways, and my room were nice smelling and clean. I would definitely stay here again!
Upon arrival check-in was quick and easy. Parking at the hotel is $15/day, which was mentioned on site so this didn't come as a surprise. Person assisting me immediately offered to charge $7.50/day since I was staying for about a week.
Room was exactly as pictured - 2 comfy queen beds, desk with chair, dresser, 42" flat screen TV (smart TV and I was able to access my Netflix account), mirror with bench and a closet. Bathroom is a bit small but functional and nice
There is a mini fridge and coffee maker but no microwave. However, there is a microwave on the first floor that they allow you to access at any time. There is also an area they call "Sundries" by the front desk. This area has a fridge with drinks and travel sized items you may have forgotten- sunscreen, toothpaste, lotion, as well as items like ponchos and OTC medications (pain killers, Benadryl, etc). Items can be paid for with cash or charged to your room.
Fitness Room / Pool
5 LifeFitness treadmills, 3 ellipticals, 2 bikes, free weights, 2 benches medicine balls, water cooler, towel warmer.
As an added bonus there are headsets supplied so that you can listen to TV as you watch on the machine screen or listen to music.
Fitness room is open 24 hours.
There is an outdoor pool and jacuzzi that closes at 10pm
There is also a slashpad for children that has sprinklers and a pirate ship for them to play on. This area was closed off the entire time I was there, not sure why.
24 business center- 4 computers with internet access and a printer
There is an area to purchase theme park tickets in the lobby. Buying tickets is quick and easy so you don't have to stand on long lines in the sun once you get to your destination
Everyone at Delta was friendly and the hotel is great. I have zero complaints. Thanks for an amazing stay!
Clean hotel, friendly & kind staff! We will definitely, definitely come back!
Great spacious rooms with comfortable beds and pillows. The customer service is some of the best I've had at a hotel like this. You're also incredibly close to the park if you're staying off grounds. We would absolutely stay here again
Very nice bartender was awesome. Jorge was his name very helpful and informative about the area. Very pleasant to speak with
Nice rooms but they don't clean your room if you stay for just a couple of days. That's not good for me.
Nice Hotel very well located. Just that didn't include Breakfast but enjoyed my stay though
This hotel is EVERYTHING!!!! For those of you that are planning a trip to Disney listen to me... THIS is where you need to be. From the clean rooms to the super friendly staff to the kids zone, the pool and so much more, I would hands down recommend this hotel to anyone! Oh ya, did I mention Disney Springs shopping center is a quick ride away??? Enjoy!!!
Clean. Comfortable. Friendly staff. Maridel is a fantastic bartender. Elevators didn t work properly.
Great hotel, very clean, comfy beds & super friendly staff. Walking distance to lots of restaurants, some via busy roads & approx 20 mins walk to Disney springs.
It was clean, quiet and definitely alot more spacious than it appears online. Worth the bucks and guest services.
The hotel is beautiful. Very clean, and the staff is great. The concierge was wonderful. He provided suggestions of sites to visit that were so helpful, and made our stay much better. My only issue is housekeeping. We stayed 4 nights, and had our room cleaned once. I have no idea what was going on...they literally were in the hallway but passed over our room. That's a major disappointment, but overall the stay was great, so I can overlook it.
Very fast and friendly check-in. The lobby has a welcoming feel and a tasteful modern look with a very cool bar. Spacious but comfy rooms, awesome beds and bathroom. The curtains have been designed to rise over the air unit while still covering the window, and returning to normal length where the unit ends. It's a small detail, but I was blown away by that innovation in all honesty. There's a big outdoor pool which is really nice, a business center, a kids zone, and a 24 gym. We have come and gone multiple times and are always cheerfully greeted upon entry. 5/5, 6/5 if you appreciate their attention to detail with the curtains.
Great experience!!! Very nice, clean hotel with a friendly staff. Ordered food at the bar and that was really good. The room dad very nice, clean, comfy, cozy bed I wil definitely stay with them again!
On my thing I didn't care for was being charged $15 to Park my car in their parking lot
In comparison with other accommodations in the area, you'll find just about as many amenities as any other hotel of the upper-middle quality bracket.
The price is right, but as with most properties in the area they ding you for parking. Booking online netted us a fairly impressive discount on that. I was happy to find that there was no resort fee hidden away to hike up the cost. The rooms are comfortable. There's a nice bar and heated pool. A breakfast buffet is available, but it's not free. A shuttle is available to assist with travel to nearby theme parks. You'll find plenty of food and shopping in the area, and it's about as close to Disney as you'll get without being on property.
just checked out! Stayed one night with the family..6 mins from disney springs..close to restaurants and stores. Room was very clean and spacious also great customer service at front desk. We checked in with Joshua who was very kind and welcoming. This is our second stay at this hotel, we will definitely be returning for all our Disney stays ! Parking is 15$ which is a great deal compared to other hotels in the area.Check in is at 4pm.
Nice lobby, close to Disney, well-kept rooms. Overall, I would recommend this hotel if you're going to Disney.
Nice hotel. Rooms were well taken care of, and the people seemed really nice. They had a nice sized pool, and usually only a few people in it at a time. They had a splash pad in a separate area connected to the pool, as well.
Helpful concierge, well stocked bar, and a dining area, too.
The beds and pillows were super comfortable.
Only downside in the room was the lack of microwave.
Great hotel.
Staff on over night was great.
Weird not alot of people due to covid.
Super clean hotel.
Was sold to me as a 4 star hotel (it is not). No room in bathroom to move around, rooms were muggy and damp, frustrating.
Great location, clean rooms and friendly staff, couldn t ask for more!!! A+
Everyone is so friendly! Room was clean and there was a heated pool. So close to all Disney parks when catching Uber and you can buy your park tickets right downstairs! Will definitely stay again.
We have stayed at this property multiple times. Most recently July 4th week and had a wonderful stay. The location of the hotel to Disney is perfect plus the hotel staff is wonderful! The rooms are spacious and recently renovated. The bathrooms are a little small but the benefits of this hotel far outweighed any shortfalls. The AC works incredibly well too! Will definitely stay here again. The Delta pantry was a added surprise to my Platinum Marriott status!
Definitely give this place five full stars! Not only is the place clean and fancy looking, the staff is amazing we were greeting once we walked inn by Joshua (front desk) told us where all the good food were at and gave us coupons to use at local restaurants. Stayed at this amazing hotel for 5 days and will definitely come back if we ever come to Orlando again. We got a better deal buying our Disney tickets at the hotel then buying them from the park. Delicious pizza they make there at Delta hotel, got it delivered to our room. Forgot what the delivery guys name was but he had dreads witch looked cool and he made sure my pizza was done right for my pregnant wife. Didn t try the heated pool but I will not hesitate to book here! Five stars excellent!
My 3-star review is based on the fact that I could not access the second floor via a staircase and I noticed a $15 parking fee per day. The parking lot needs to be repaved and painted! If this hotel is charging $15 per day for parking, you NEED to maintain the parking lot! The Florida State Flag is worn and needs replaced. My room appeared to be cleaned but the television in Room 230 did not work even after attempting to turn it on via the button on the television itself. This hotel is within walking distance of the Reedy Creek Improvement District office and Disney Springs.
Room are nice and clean. Breakfast is good. Service is great. Look like a mini apartment.
Yikes, old hotel, subpar service, needs some updates. Don't understand all of the great reviews.
Been here a few times, it's a really nice hotel. The rooms are good sized with your normal amenities. The outdoor pool (which is heated for those chillier times) is a great space. The staff is absolutely wonderful. There are a number of good places to eat in the immediate area and it's close to Disney.
This was a pleasant experience. Few things that I found out... You either make coffee in your room or you have to buy it downstairs. It is not complimentary. Breakfast buffet was something like $12 although is did look yummy. Parking is $15 every night. Little things definitely add up. The room itself was clean and spacious but the bathroom was tiny. Would I stay here again... Maybe. I will probably look for something that at least doesn't charge for parking or has fresh coffee in the lobby haha.
We made a quick stop of 2 nights in Orlando with the family to see Disney World and we are so glad we stayed at this place! From the concierge attendant to the hotel receptionist and staff to the housekeeping staff, everyone was so warm, welcoming and friendly! The amenities are great, varied and super clean! Very accommodating and helpful to our requests and questions! We will surely be back to the Delta Hotels the next time we are visiting Orlando!! :)
The stuff is very nice and friendly and my parents and I we arrived the room its was clean....
Great location and staff. Used uber for all the parks which worked a treat. Saved by not paying parking at the hotel and the parks
The staff at the front desk were very helpful and nice..the room was clean.i had a minor issue and it was resolved right away.and is close to dining places and close to all the parks thats the best part of it. I would recommend this hotel.
The friendliest hotel staff I have experienced in a very long tome. I stay in hotels over 60 plus nights a year and this staff passed all my expectations, all the way down to housekeeping. Every last staff member greeted us in the halls and made us feel welcomed. Next time I am down here I will be staying here again.
Was an old hotel and Marriott bought it and renamed it Delta and had it partially refurbished It's quite nice? But when you book into a hotel as a guest and you are there on holiday and also have a rented car, you should not be charged $16 a day!!!!!! That is absolutely disgusting. That is the first time ever staying with Marriott Hotels that has happened. I got the cost waved, but for future reference think before you book. The staff were great, but a few more things need to be done!!!
The beds were like sleeping on a cloud. Beautiful pool and great food
Stayed in this hotel 7 times during my Disney College Program. Wonderful atmosphere and great customer service. The rooms are very clean and perfect size for friends and family visiting for a few days. There is a bar, breakfast, a cafe, kids room, pool, hot tub, free wifi, shuttles to Epcot which gets you anywhere essentially and free water bottles. One of the best hotels I have stayed in. Would definitely go back.
Not good at all the toilet bowl is shaking the mattress on the bed is making noise your room don't have any microwave the customer service said the microwave is fire as hard I don't understand if you want to want something you have to go downstairs in the lobby
Our school Junior Beta Club just returned from a 5 night stay here and I was very impressed at how accommodating the staff was to our group of 107. From the time we stepped off the bus until we pulled out for home, they were very helpful and answered any questions that we had. They grouped our rooms the way we requested, started breakfast early to help us get to our destinations on time each day and the hotel was kept very clean. It is refreshing to find a business that actually cares about their guests and strives to be the best. Thanks to all that helped make our stay great!
A hidden gem in this area. This is a great hotel by Marriott that I think a lot of people don t know about. I travel to Orlando each month for business and happened to pick this hotel one time for the price and was very surprised by it. Friendly staff, nice decor, good pool, nice rooms, and for Platinum or higher Marriott status, an open pantry with all kinds of unlimited goodies!! Only two reasons I wouldn t give it five stars: (1) Paying for parking is a complete rip off and they know it (another way to increase the nightly rate in a hidden way) and (2) No pets allowed. I travel often with my two yorkie dogs and the only reason I don t always stay here is because they don t allow pets, not even for a fee. That s why I love aLoft!
Great location and staff. Used uber for all the parks which worked a treat. Saved by not paying parking at the hotel and the parks
location location location comfortable clean facilities
Beautiful hotel great staff Jeannette was amazing! She went above and beyond for me and my family Delta did a great job hiring her if she is a what the company represents Delta has a made a customer for life!
The best luxurious hotel, specious rooms with cleanly maintained bathroom & parking.Room service is also available with quick breakfast
Good place. Excellent location. Maybe must improve room service
The lobby and staff were very nice. The rooms are just okay, could use some updating. There is a shuttle for Disney, but it only drops off and picks up at Epcot and we didn t really find that the times worked for us so we used Uber. Overall not bad for a short stay.
Right next to the entrance to Disney World. Plenty of restaurants within walking distance to the hotel. Clean friendly staff.
Dirty mattress, stained furniture, hair strands in bed, broken lamp shade. They try to accommodate me and fix the problem by putting me in a different room, twice, and each room was dirtier than the first. I booked through Expedia and explained to them I also took pictures of the mattress to which I still have. I was refunded my money. I ended up staying at one of the Disney world resorts.
My husband and I stayed here for two nights recently and there were some definite pros and cons to the stay.
First, the pros. We found our room and the hotel in general to be clean. Also, the staff were friendly and helpful. I made use of the fitness center and found it to be clean and pretty well appointed (it has just about everything I needed to workout). Finally, the room was quiet and its AC worked fine no trouble keeping things cool.
Now, the cons. The bed and pillows were AWFUL. Our bed was rock hard and pillows offered zero support. We requested two extra pillows, but they never came (strongly suspect they got delivered to another room). So we both got lousy sleep during our stay. Secondly, the location makes getting in and out of the parking lot a giant pain. Need to turn left? Sorry, you ll have to take a right and rush across 3-4 lanes of traffic to make a U-turn, which will feel like taking your life into your own hands because the traffic will be insane. Third, speaking of the parking lot, $15 per night parking (a surprise dropped on us at check-in) was kind of ridiculous. Lastly, the bathroom was tiny. My husband and I are both tall and I cannot tell you how many times I whacked my elbow against the shower door using that bathroom.
Sorry, but there won t be any repeat stays here for us.
Very noisy room, as this hotel is situated on a very loud and busy road. I asked for a room away from the elevator because I'm a light sleeper, and ended up three rooms from the end. Apparently, I was across from the housekeeping room or something, because those double doors slammed all day and night - and I sleep with ear plugs. Hotels is beautiful in the lobby, room could use better carpet and a larger bathroom, but otherwise it's fine for business travel. There appears to be no valid reason for a parking fee, other than $$$, because the lot always has plenty of room and isn't on disney property.
Location is as good as it gets in Orlando. Literally across the street from Chevys, one of our favorite places to eat in town. Room was quiet and comfortable. Nice beds. Comfortable pillows. Air conditioner works great. Loved the pool. Great splash pad for kids. Very nice hot tub. Two thumbs up. I will stay there again.
Enjoyable weekend wish the pool stayed open later for adults who would like to use the hot tub and pool
This is my first time being at one of the hotel it was really nice I recommend this to everyone check it out
This is definitely not a 4 star hotel. Beware they charge $15 for parking. I would not stay here again! Priceline Express booking is just a bait and switch scheme.
Great hotel. Rooms are crisp clean and the atmosphere is welcoming. Manager Amanda T did a great job making our stay very memorable.
Good job Amanda.
Pretty good spot if your hoping to do Disney or the other parks on a budget. Staff are very friendly but the breakfast is very expensive for what you get. If you're staying longer than a week, ask about the reduced parking fees.
First time staying at a Delta hotel after being a Marriott Elite members for a long time. Overall, it is a good experience. Open lobby with plenty of sitting place. Welcoming and modern decor in the lobby area. Good size pool and kids zone are a plus. The room is clean and standard size. The bathroom is a bit smaller than usual. Friendly staff and close to Disney.
My bathroom smells like urine for some reason...front desk guy charged me for a king room even though the hotel was far from capacity...not use to that as a rewards member. Other than that hotel has a good location and comfortable...not sure why it would be a 4 star and not a 3 star though. Furniture is old.
BE AWARE! I paid for a room three days in advance and when I arrived at the hotel at 1am they decided to tell me that they are completely booked and that I have to find somewhere else to stay. Horrible customer service, they didn t even try to offer us any kind of solution, steer away clear from this place!!
The staff is very friendly and helpful.
The Hotel was very clean, and so accommodating to kids of all ages young and old..
Hope everyone of you have a GREAT CHRISTMAS !!
This place is so clean very convenient location to Disney. Also provide free shuttle everyday! I lost my
Staff is great, Gregory, Darin, Hector.... awesome. Clean rooms, comfortable. Nice grounds and lobby. Pool, splash pad are great... except no sun all day, it being December the sun is too low in the sky. Access to the hotel is bit of a pain off the main street. Would have been a four star if the sun reached the pool deck.
Beautiful inside pool has mural. Lobby noce and lively. Rooms modern. Parking lot is huge. The name needs a change tho
We recently stayed at this hotel for a Disney vacation with my two children and my husband. The beds are comfortable, but we found urine when we lifted up the toilet seat. We also found a beer bottle cap and starburst wrapper in our bed. There was no refrigerator for us to keep water or snacks in. For a 4 star rated hotel, I just expected more.
Don't stay here dated hotel. They charge extra for parking. Parking lot need to be seal coated, slow old small elevators. Their still cleaning rooms at this late hour, dirty linens in hallway. Somebody put grandma's old chair in my room. Stay Away.
Great location, really pleasant and clean rooms, but the thing that makes this such a good place to stay are the staff. All of the people are incredibly helpful and generous with their time and advice. Everyone from the Bell Hop (do they still call them that?) who met us at the door, to the lovely ladies that took care of the rooms while we were out. I cannot mention anyone by name because they were all a delight!!
Traffic in the area is heavy but there are tons of restaurants you can walk too. Convenience & Gift store were also in walking distance.
Uber is the way to go to Disney Springs (used to be called Downtown Disney) then you can catch a shuttle to any of the Disney properties.
Enjoy your stay and say Hi to Mickey for me!!! :)
Love the amenities (pool, hot tub), breakfast was great ( the country ). Plus, great location.
We stayed here over Martin Luther King weekend and really enjoyed out stay. The staff was friendly and accommodating. The hotel was clean and we constantly saw the house keeping staff cleaning thoroughly, a good thing in these times. The only knock is the decor was a bit outdated and it needs to be refreshed. I would recommend staying here any time.
Really it was just OK. The room was clean but very dated. The grounds were filthy don't think anything was picked up for our entire 5 day stay.. Most days the coffee shop was not open, it was only open 2 days of our 5 day stay. No garbage bags at all in the rooms, we asked for them several times and were told they would be delivered to the room but they never were. We went out and bought our own garbage bags and took out our own garbage each day. Hardly saw any employees, just the front desk clerk but lots of times not even them.
Hotel is in a wonderful location, however, the service is sorely lacking. Towels were not stocked in our room upon arrival. After notifying the front desk we were asked to return to the lobby to collect them. The bathroom was poorly cleaned at best and not stocked with the basics (i.e. additional toilet paper). Yet another trip down to the lobby to grab more essentials. During the midst of Covid-19 I would expect the rooms to be thoroughly cleaned upon arrival. We will not be returning.
The stay was great. Clean overall. Smell good threw out the hallways and the room its self was clean comfortable and cozy. But the staff was awesome. Helpful and friendly. It was very close to Walt Disney World and all restaurants. Would recommend to anyone.
Our stay at Delta Hotels has been amazing so far! The rooms are clean and the beds are incredibly comfortable. We enjoyed delicious drinks by the pool and relaxed in the hot tub. We didn't bring our daughter on this trip but I'm very impressed by the children's play area and the family lounge. The staff is fast and friendly and even delivered tooth brushes and tooth paste to our room when we discovered we forgot ours. I would highly reccomend staying here!
Beautiful hotel with a swimming pool and the beds are comfortable recommend staying here
We stayed at Delta for 4 nights during our Disney vacation. The hotel provides free shuttle to Epcot daily (limited schedule, but we were able to take advantage of it twice) and free bottles of water before you depart to the parks. On the day of our departure, we were able to store our bags at the hotel and get lunch at Disney springs until it's time to catch our flight. They even lend us an umbrella so we don't have to wear our ponchos to lunch! Overall, very friendly staff, attentive service, highly recommend!
Nice and comfortable rooms. Staff is very friendly. 10 minutes ride to Disneyland Magic Kingdom park.
This property is modern yet elegant. There are many perks for being an elite guest. I tell people all the time stick with one group but try different properties. This was my first Delta hotel. They had a stocked snack room with various treat's. The only bad thing I can say is the bed. It was more than firm. I didn't sleep well. Everything else was great.
Lobby is nice but that s where it ends. Parking lot is a bit yucky and creepy. Hotel isn t that old but man are the hallways and rooms worn. The elevators are creaky and not in the best of shape. The hallways are horrible. Dark and musty. They also weren t very clean and the elevator areas were pretty beat up. They also were cleaning rooms at 8 pm which is understandable due to the Airline crews that stay at the hotel but it is a bit annoying. The room locks are old and not the newer tap ones. You have to insert your key into the door. The hotel has such a strong smell of air fresher that it made me sick. I tried 2 different rooms on 2 different floors but the air fresher was so strong that I had to check out right away and request a refund. Staff is friendly. Overall I wouldn t recommend this hotel until they fix it up.
Good location but would recommend checking your room to make sure it was cleaned and that everything works
I always have a good stay with the delta team. They are always attentive to my request and they always remember me every time I stay with them. This is my go to hotel when I come to any of the Disney parks.
Great location, clean rooms, and friendly staff. Will be back again.
I am surprised this hotel is in the Marriott portfolio. It does not meet Marriott's standards. Not well maintained. I would say it's on a level of a Quality Inn. I would be fine if they were charging Quality Inn's rates, but not at Marriott rate
The fitness center and pool are open! Very friendly and helpful staff.
Wonderful and pleasant staff. Great accommodations
Very clean. Staff was very helpful and friendly. Everyone wore a masks. Great location. Close to everything.
The hotel was nice. It's only 3yrs old, therefore it still looks good. It's closer distance to Disney Springs for shopping and night life. Close to shopping plazas as well. Very nice and spacious.
Nice place. Lot of places to eat around it all within walking distance.
Marriott near parks and off site restaurants. There s a nice restaurant in the hotel too. Convenient to universal 10 minute drive. Great staff!
We checked in on Saturday late evening and Serra was so friendly and knowledgeable about the hotel. It was our first time staying at the Delta and we didn t know anything about the amenities offered. She explained everything to us, parking, shuttle times, the restaurant, and pool hours. She was very patient and answered all of our questions. We really enjoyed our room, it was bigger than we expected. The pillows were so wonderfully fluffy.
The restaurant had great seating with cozy cute little booths. All of the employees we passed took the time to greet us. Overall, the stay was excellent. We will be back! Big thanks to Serra for starting off our stay with such a bubbly warm welcome.
