If I could give them 0 stars I would. Every time I have called regarding my file and IMPORTANT dates pertaining to my file, I have been given completely different answers. This lack of customer service and false information almost resulted in me forfeiting my real estate license! I am shocked by the lack of customer service and how no one wants to help out or take accountability for their job.
