I have purchased 2 new Box trucks there over the last 2 years and was about to order 2 more. I ordered some catalytic convertors for the trucks i purchased there. they were on backorder and they took over 2 months to receive. In the mean time i had to get my trucks back on the road and had them fixed somewhere else. Now they will not return the parts!!. The guy at the parts desk is rude, ignorant, and grumpy
