A big NO to crown honda. We bought our 1st car Honda CR v from them in june 2016. Experiance was just horrible.car was really overpriced. And on top of that they sold us accessories such as wheel lock and splash guard which comes with vehicle from factory at a higher price.this dealership just will not leave a single opportunity to take money from you. My sales rep was Mike . He was a good guy. But Finance person Jonny Tran was so arrogent and rude.by the time we went to him it was 8.30 pm and he was too rushy to close the deal without giving us time to think. We bought warrenty on that car which we after wards felt was not worth a value so decided to return it. And it was within 30 days limit. But to get actual cheque in my hand i had to wait for 5 months. That too follow up with him every now and then,going to the dealer many times calling and emailing to many persons. Just to get my legitimate money back they gave me soo much trouble which i never imagined.
Then this year may 2017 we went there to buy next car. Same experiance cars are overprised there challenge of 110% price match is just bluff. We gave them quote from other dealer which Mike said that its a bluff. Nobody can sell you car at that price.but reality was not like that we bought car from a other dealer at their quoted low price.
I am not going their henceforth.
