My bill has been consistently 350-400...only use about 200 or so in everything, but every month THEY CHARGE ME 2-300 A MONTH IN "OTHER CHARGES"...ugh and they wonder why I cant pay my bill on time??! I just made a payment of almost 600 dollars 2 weeks ago!!! And they just shut me off again over 300!! I pay almost as much for my utilities as I do my rent! How do they expect people to afford this?! I have a disabled child, they don't care! Ugh!
