I went to the media market today after contacting by phone about a lost gift card. The customer service lady told me to call the branch directly. After calling the branch I was told that I could redeem my credit with the purchase receipt. In the store I wanted to pay with the receipt. I am told that it is not possible. Manager Dapne couldn't help me either and didn't seem to understand the computer system at all. I wonder if she was the manager. I have never had such bad customer service. They have disappointed me by phone and in the store.
