Pathetic service, no sense of responsibility, disgrace to customer service.

My name has been misspelled in historical bills which has been requested to rectify and resend over to me. The last call made to follow up on the same has been treated so irresponsibly , she just hung up the phone on me without understanding and answering my queries and sent me my last bill which was not required. I was so shocked and it felt like she wanted to say " why don't you just get lost, stop calling because I will never give you any solution" . You keep such kind of people in Pulse Energy and she would definitely take away some of your customers, may be she has been sent by your competitor to sway away your customers. No point having a customer service number if this is the treatment you give.
