Mehdi was excellent and very informative. He was extremely patient. You can tell he has a lot of experience representing the Ford brand. Since I am retired and living on a fixed income he really made an effort to offer me a reasonable price. I am happy with the result. I am leaving the dealership today with a new Ford Escape Titanium.
