The store is clean, has almost everything you can think of. My quirk was the staff... ALL of them act as if they're doing you a favour... You ask for help, the visual sigh is apparent, knowing where something is? Oh, please, I'll shout down the aisle to another staff member who might know. No smiles, no desire to be customer centric... The most shocking was the printer section to the left of the main entrance - two staff members were flirting with each other, 2 feet away from me waiting for some help. Such disappointment Makro, for a customer centric business, the focus is lacking.
