This company in my experince do not respond to emails or phone calls from tenants or landlords. This review is prompted by a case where operating as an agent for an owner occupier in a shared tenancy building under their management. They would not respond to emergency calls or emails notifying then of the fire brigade having been called to one of their properties for a suspected gas leak. Their main office number is repeatedly not answered and their extensions for lettings and property management automatically transfer to a Vodafone mobile which is not answered nor calls or messages responded to. This creates an image of a lack of professionalism and casts a poor light on their attitude to either property or occupant safety.
