A few years back we had Jacks Windows install a whole house full of windows. Except two windows. Since then we have called Jacks Windows to come out so that we can purchase and install the Last two windows we need done. Over a couple years we made appointments with Jacks Windows and they just do not show up for the Estimate we need so the windows can get finnished. Its not just that they do not show up THEY DO NOT EVEN CALL TO LET YOU KNOW THEY CAN NOT MAKE IT TO OUR APPOINTMENT. I was very impressed with Jacks Windows when we got the windows i even referred them to more purchases and they treat us like this. I am going to try them for 1 more appointment and if they do the same thing i am going to turn them into the BBB and anyone else that i am able to report them too. Seeing that we spent over $10,000.00 for window we would not get treated this way. It just goes to show they dont hold up to their customers. If $10,000.00 is not good money or makes a good customer i wonder what does.
