I ve been working for US Aviation Academy for a few months. Coming from another Part 141 flight school that I was very impressed with I came in with high expectations, but USAA has exceeded all of them. The instructors and management are very professional. The curriculum is the most structured and comprehensive curriculum I ve seen. The atmosphere itself is hard-working and very friendly. The only reason I didn t put 5 stars is I had expectations of getting a few more hours than is possible, but they are still on the high end of flight hours for an instructing job. All in all, USAA is a phenomenal company full of professional and caring employees. I highly recommend it to anyone.
